Every shipment is sent insured and trackable. For international deliveries we ship duties and taxes paid (DDP), so no additional customs or import costs arise for you.

The glass sphere is made by hand in Austria, the 585 gold setting by a goldsmith manufactory in India. Production usually takes a few weeks depending on the piece and is shown during the order process. Shipping follows immediately after completion.

Every object is delivered protected and in a specially made box that belongs to the piece. It arrives safely and can be kept or gifted with dignity.

Every piece comes with a certificate bearing a unique number. With this number the authenticity can be confirmed online in the authenticity register at any time.
Returns
Fourteen days.
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Individually composed pieces (Custom Creation) and personalised engravings are excluded. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in the withdrawal policy.
