About this piece
Grace is the earring that moves. From a slim hoop of gold hangs a glass sphere of 7 millimetres on each side, with a brilliant of 0.08 carat inside. With every step the light travels through the glass and the stone changes its brilliance. Together you wear 0.16 carat, shared between two ears.
The form is reduced to the essentials: no pavé, no ornament, only the hoop and the sphere. That makes Grace as right for the office as for the evening. The glass comes in brown, white or black. White glass with white gold is the quietest combination, black glass with yellow gold the one with the strongest contrast.
Each glass sphere is made by hand in Austria, in a patented process that encloses the diamond while the glass is formed. The hoops are crafted by a goldsmith manufactory in India, in 14 or 18 carat white, yellow or rose gold or in platinum. The pair is delivered with a numbered certificate, insured and duty paid.
