Shipping & delivery
Safely on its way, without detours.
Insured shipping
Every shipment is sent insured and trackable. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice, so no additional costs arise on delivery.
Processing and delivery time
The glass sphere is made by hand in Austria, the setting in 14K or 18K gold, or platinum, by a goldsmith manufactory in India. Production usually takes a few weeks depending on the piece and is shown during the order process. Shipping follows immediately after completion.
Packaging
Every object is delivered protected and in a specially made box that belongs to the piece. It arrives safely and can be kept or gifted with dignity.
Certificate of authenticity included
Every piece comes with a certificate bearing a unique number. With this number the authenticity can be confirmed online in the authenticity register at any time.
Returns
Fourteen days.
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Individually composed pieces (Custom Creation) and personalised engravings are excluded. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in the withdrawal policy.
