The diamond is integrated into the object while the glass is formed, instead of being inserted afterwards. A patented process from Austria, made in precise handwork.
The process
Four steps, an object without a setting.
Schritt 01
The stone first
Every diamond is selected, checked and positioned exactly. What is decided here cannot be corrected later.
Schritt 02
Forming in fire
The glass is formed in the fire. Temperature, shape and transparency must interact precisely while the stone finds its place.
Schritt 03
Enveloped by glass
The diamond is enveloped during forming. This creates the effect of a stone that seems to float in the glass.
Schritt 04
Checked by hand
After cooling, every element is checked individually for optical purity, balance and the exact integration of the stone.
