About Diamonds in Glass®

Each premium diamond is a magnificent natural 58-facet, hand cut and brilliant gem graded as a Natural Diamond by GS Laboratories of America and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Each diamond is also certified as “conflict free” by the Kimberly Process and is “forever”.  Each diamond is HI in color and I1 in clarity. In addition, the girdle of each diamond is laser inscribed with “GSL Natural Diamond” and the diamond carat size.

Uniting diamonds with glass is a several-day-long process. Our highly trained artisans and craftsmen work with a patented glass blowing and diamond setting process using state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.

The diamond cannot be removed from the glass. However, should you need to remove it in the future, simply send the jewelry back to us, and our experts will safely remove the glass for you without damaging the diamond.

Jewelry Care and Information

To clean, simply use a regular window cleaner and a soft cloth and gently rub over the glass.

Diamonds in Glass® jewelry should not chip or scratch under normal wear.

Jewelry insurance is recommended and can be purchased from most insurance companies. Jewelry insurance is also available from Jewelers Mutual.

Orders and Repair

Yes, you can cancel an order within 24 hours by contacting customer support via email at support@diamondsinglass.com.

If there are any manufacturing defects please contact us immediately. In most cases we can replace the product with a new one or repair the existing piece. However, no refunds will be given after 30 days.

We stock sizes 5 to 9 and can produce other sizes upon request. Orders can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Please contact us directly to order.

Diamonds in Glass® jewelry cannot be customized at this time. Pieces are only available in the colors and designs you see on our website.

Shipping and Returns

Yes. FedEx insures the full amount of every item we ship.

All orders are shipped using FedEx. We offer complimentary Express Saver shipping to the entire U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. We also offer FedEx 2nd-Day Air for $25 and Overnight shipping for $35. Shipping charges to all international destinations are calculated at checkout. To see the cost just add your items to your cart and enter your exact international shipping address. The shipping charges will calculate and offer you options for International Economy and International Priority shipping. Simply select which shipping method you prefer and your subtotal will update automatically.

Depending on the shipping address, standard shipping can take 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options such as FedEx 2nd-Day Air and Overnight are also available. However, please keep in mind that all orders require 4-5 days for production before an item is shipped.
